From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel welcome. There was no pressure at all to purchase a vehicle. I was offered a test drive which I took. The knowledge and expertise of everyone I dealt with was amazing. It helped me make up my mind within 24 hours that this was the place I wanted to get my car from. After sales service has been excellent as well. Being the first EV, I had lots of questions, and at no time was I made to feel that anything I asked was silly. They have the patience of saints! Thank you to Dave, Nick, Jordan and Rob for making it a seamless transition.

We had a fantastic experience with Nick and Jordan from EV City. Being from Auckland, we relied on EV City to provide accurate information about the vehicle, its condition and the sales process. They sorted out prompt transport to Auckland, and it arrived clean and tidy in under a week, with a full charge on the battery.

Jordan sold us our car. His technical knowledge and natural genuine approach to answering our questions, was refreshing and a pleasure. We had reservations about purchasing when we turned up, and intended to get information first and decide later. But it was obvious that Jordan enjoyed explaining and allaying our fears of an EV purchase. He never pushed a sale, but listened and quickly understood what we wanted. Then once we went away, and decided to buy the one we'd chosen, then came back the staff bent over backwards to get the vehicle sorted to drive away in our short timeframe. A wholly trust worthy and genuine intentioned business. Go here first for advice. Then look around if you need to, but then come back to EV City for your purchase. You will be happy you did.
